In this role, you will partner closely with the CTO and cross-functional leaders to shape how our products are built and evolved, while leading a high-performing engineering organization through growth and AI adoption. You will balance long-term technical direction with day-to-day execution, ensuring reliable delivery, sound architecture, and disciplined investment as BambooHR continues to scale.</span></span></p>
