We’re looking for an inspiring, strategic, and hands-on sales leader to head our global sales organization across multiple continents and over 20 countries. What you’ll be doing
A day in the life of Fieldwire’s VP of Sales will find you driving strategy, leading people, and growing revenue all while partnering closely with global cross-functional leaders. You’ll frequently be solving problems such as:
- How do we accelerate growth while maintaining operational excellence across regions?
- How do we build scalable GTM motions that work globally?
- How can we leverage the power of Hilti to amplify Fieldwire’s market reach?
- How can we hire and develop A+ sales leaders and sales reps across the world?
The primary responsibilities for our next VP of Sales will be to:
- Lead Fieldwire’s global sales organization and drive performance across all regions. You’ll travel internationally 25%-30% of the time.
- Define and execute scalable GTM strategies for mid-market and enterprise customers.
- Hire, onboard, and develop high-performing teams across SDR, AE, and AM, Revops functions.
- Ensure global sales process consistency including forecasting, pipeline management, and sales enablement best practices.
- Partner with Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and Finance to deliver aligned revenue outcomes.
- Serve as the face of Fieldwire in key customer engagements, executive meetings, and industry events.
- Inspire a culture of accountability, craftsmanship, and performance while leveraging Hilti’s global infrastructure to scale Fieldwire’s reach.
At Fieldwire, we’re looking for our next VP of Sales to have the following skills and experiences:
- 10+ years of experience leading B2B SaaS sales organizations, including global team leadership.
- Proven track record of scaling revenue within a company in the $100M-$250M+ range.
- Experience in both mid-market and enterprise SaaS sales motions.
- Deep understanding of sales operations, forecasting, enablement, and process rigor.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate cross-cultural teams.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, scale-up environment with global reach.
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.

Compensation
The estimated total compensation range for this role is $400,000-$600,000 OTE, which includes base salary, variable incentive.
The salary range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this job in the US. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors such as your skills, qualifications and experience.

Where is the job located?
This role is hybrid in San Francisco, California, or remote from the East Coast (U.S.) to provide optimal collaboration with both North American and European markets. Our headquarters are located in beautiful San Francisco, steps from the Embarcadero BART station.
