Lead product strategy and execution for a fast-growing platform entering a phase of significant commercial and technical expansion. Drive discovery, delivery, and team growth, partnering with engineering and commercial teams to build world-class experiences in sustainability. What you will do:

• Own the end-to-end product vision, roadmap, and prioritization across all product areas.

• Personally lead discovery and requirements gathering for complex technical areas.

• Manage and grow a high-performing product team (PMs, Design, QA).

The ideal candidate:

• Significant experience leading product teams in B2B SaaS.

• Comfortable diving into technical detail, understanding systems, data models, and APIs.

• Proven ability to scale a product organization (hiring, mentoring, coaching PMs).
