1. Operational Excellence & Performance Improvement

  • Set up, review and approve warehouse related process and operation standards to support business requirement, including various certification & system, such as Quality (QMS), Environment (EMS), Occupational Health and Safety (OHS), AEO&CTPAT and (BCMS) Business Continuity and compliance with all regulation required.
  • Make, review and approve the responsibility of each position, accomplishes warehouse human resource objectives by selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising job contributions; recommending compensation actions; adhering to policies and procedures
  • Ensure the effective implementation of procedure and working instruction, review and update regularly make, review and approve corrective actions for issues and deficiency, and track and monitor the result.
  • Analyze inventory data including raw material, FG, consumable, chemical and spare parts /equipment and logistic flow, finalize warehouse lay out, space forecast and parts moving flow.
  • Manage warehouse cost and provide annual budget information; monitoring expenditures; identifying variances; implementing corrective actions,and drive cost down activity.
  • Monitor warehouse environment including temperature/humidity to meet the goods storage requirement.
  • Set up warehouse management system to meet warehouse KPI and continuous improvement.
  • Other temporary arrangements for management.

 

2. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Stakeholder Management

  • Collaborate with company related department to enhance the work relationship for the urgent issue.
  • Demonstrates the ability to establish and maintain strong, long-term business relationships with cross-functions at all levels of the organization. Gather, analyze, and communicate end-user feedback to relevant department to drive continuous improvement.

3. People Leadership & Talent Development

  • Set up proper training system, identify the requirement of all regulation, various certification & system and skills for all warehouse employees.
  • Make training procedure, review and update regularly and ensure effective implement.

4. Safety, Compliance & Corporate Programs

  • Promote safety, environmental responsibility, and regulatory compliance within the team.
  • Identify potential issue on handling safety, forklift safety and operation quality. Drive continuous improvement.
  • Support company compliance team activity, and control SCI list
  • Support all audits from government, corporate business control, finance, IMS system, AEO&CTPAT.
  • Deal with general emergency on site in time and report to higher level.

Qualifications

Education Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Supply Chain & Logistics, or any related field

Experience Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience preferably with warehouse & Logistics field.
  • Over than 3years’ manage position of warehouse or logistics.

Other Requirements

  • Excellent English communication/ presentation skills, both written and verbal, for effective interaction with internal and external stakeholders
  • Proficiency in ERP, WMS, and automation tools
  • Advanced MS Office and reporting/ dashboard skills
