About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Webflow Developer to join our Australian-based agency for an exciting website development project. This is a contractor position starting approximately 2 weeks from now, with an initial 6-week timeline and potential for extension.

Working closely with our in-house UX/UI Designer & Creative Lead, you'll be responsible for bringing our new agency website to life through expert Webflow development and implementation.

Project Scope

• Develop a new agency website using Webflow, transforming designs into fully functional, responsive pages
• Build custom components, interactions, and code solutions as required
• Implement CMS collections and dynamic content
• Complete all technical launch requirements, including SEO optimisation, DNS connection, and URL redirects from the existing website
• Phase 1: Core pages development and launch
• Phase 2: Additional pages and CMS collections expansion

Essential Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of proven Webflow development experience
• Portfolio demonstrating high-quality Webflow projects (required with application)
• Expert knowledge of Webflow's full functionality with strong HTML, CSS, and JavaScript skills
• Proven experience with website launches, DNS management, and domain configuration
• Strong understanding of SEO principles, web accessibility standards, and performance optimisation
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively with designers

Project Details

• Start Date: Approximately 2 weeks from acceptance
• Duration: 6 weeks initially, with potential for extension
• Location: Remote (Australian time zone alignment required - AEDT)
• Basis: Contractor
