Job Overview:
We’re seeking a strategic and hands-on Website Manager to optimize our e-commerce presence across Shopify and all digital sales channels, including Shop, Meta, TikTok, and other social commerce platforms. The ideal candidate is data-driven, detail-oriented, and creative, responsible for merchandising, product listing optimization, and analytics across multiple digital platforms. You will play a key role in maximizing conversion, revenue, and customer experience across all channels.
Responsibilities:
Website & Product Merchandising
- Manage and maintain the Shopify website, ensuring accurate product listings, inventory, pricing, and promotions.
- Optimize product pages, collections, and category layouts for maximum conversion and user experience.
- Implement merchandising strategies for seasonal campaigns, promotions, and new product launches.
- Coordinate with creative and marketing teams for assets, visuals, and content updates.
Multi-Channel Optimization
- Optimize product listings and sales performance across Shop, Meta, TikTok Shop, and other social commerce platforms.
- Ensure consistent product data, descriptions, pricing, and imagery across all channels.
- Monitor and analyze channel performance metrics to identify growth opportunities.
- Implement A/B tests, recommendations, and other optimizations to improve engagement and conversion.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track KPIs across all channels (traffic, conversion, revenue, ROAS, CTR) and provide actionable insights.
- Generate regular performance reports to guide merchandising and marketing decisions.
- Use analytics tools to monitor customer behavior, identify trends, and inform website improvements.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine digital campaigns based on data insights.
Listing Optimization & SEO
- Optimize product listings for SEO, readability, and search performance within Shopify and digital marketplaces.
- Maintain accurate meta titles, descriptions, tags, and structured data to improve discoverability.
- Work with paid media and organic marketing teams to ensure listing alignment with campaigns.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with marketing, customer service, and operations teams to ensure a seamless omnichannel experience.
- Provide feedback on website functionality, user experience, and customer journey improvements.
- Support product launches, digital campaigns, and promotional strategies across all sales channels.
Requirements
Requirements:
- 3–5+ years of experience in e-commerce, website management, or digital merchandising.
- Strong hands-on experience with Shopify; familiarity with Shop, Meta, TikTok Shop, and other social commerce platforms.
- Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, Shopify analytics, or similar). Experience optimizing product listings, merchandising, and conversion strategies.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices for e-commerce websites.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage multiple channels simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
