Our Marketing team is looking for a Web Development Lead to take ownership of our website and help shape its future. In this role, you’ll combine hands-on development with setting the technical direction of our digital presence, improving internal CMS usability and enablement, and building stable, efficient workflows. You’ll collaborate closely with marketing and design to ensure our website is fast, secure, modern, and optimized for business impact. This role is perfect for someone who loves rolling up their sleeves, improving how things work behind the scenes, and shaping a website that drives real business outcomes.

How you'll shape Web Development at Achievers:

  • You'll contribute hands-on while overseeing the development, maintenance, and optimization of our website.
  • Technical Leadership 
  • Provide direction and guidance for website scalability, technical approach, and solutioning 
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, marketing ops, and design to deliver new campaigns and features 
  • Execution & Development 
  • Write, review, and ship high-quality code for the website and microsites 
  • Implement responsive, accessible, and SEO-friendly web experiences 
  • Optimize site performance, analytics tracking, and integrations 
  • Manage, customize, and implement new tools on CMS platform 
  • Maintain CMS user experience and enablement documentation for CMS 
  • Operations & Delivery 
  • Prioritize and manage website updates, bugs, and enhancements 
  • Maintain site security, scalability, and uptime 
  • Oversee integrations with other marketing tech stack 
  • Experience we feel will set you up for success:

  • 5+ years of professional web development experience. 
  • 1–2 years in a technical lead role. 
  • Extensive knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and experience with frameworks such as Bootstrap, React, etc. 
  • Hands-on experience with JavaScript libraries (e.g., jQuery, GSAP, Splide, Slick). 
  • Proven experience working with and maintaining CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Drupal, Contentful, or Webflow). 
  • Strong understanding of website development, accessibility standards, and performance optimization. 
  • Basic knowledge of SEO principles (both content and technical). 
  • Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile workflows. 
  • Experience collaborating with designers and working in Figma (or similar design tools). 
  • Ability to maintain and extend stylesheets based on a design system (CSS/SCSS or utility frameworks). 
  • Up-to-date with the latest technologies, frameworks, and libraries to deliver a best-in-class web experience. 
  • Familiarity with marketing technology integrations (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo, Google Tag Manager). 
  • Knowledge of server-side technologies (PHP, Node.js, etc.). 
  • Experience managing external vendors (preferred). 
  • Nice to have, experience with email development(HTML email templates, responsive email design, and email testing)

    $94,000 - $111,000 reflects the salary range for this role, depending on experience, skills, and market data. We’re committed to providing a fair and competitive offer based on what you bring to the team.
