Manage and convert wedding and special event enquiries, maximising revenue opportunities in line with business targets
Develop bespoke proposals and packages tailored to individual client needs, ensuring a luxury and personalised approach
Build strong relationships with clients, acting as their main point of contact from enquiry through to event delivery
Conduct site visits and showcase the property with professionalism and attention to detail
Negotiate contracts, manage budgets, and ensure all event details are accurately documented
Collaborate closely with operational teams including Events, F&B, Front Office, Golf, Wellness and Reservations to ensure seamless execution
Oversee event planning timelines, ensuring all client requirements and deadlines are met
Attend and support the delivery of key weddings and special events, ensuring exceptional guest experiences
Proactively generate new business through networking, partnerships, and market awareness
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth
Maintain accurate records within CRM and sales systems, including forecasts and reports
Represent the hotel at wedding fairs, showcases, and promotional events
Uphold brand standards in all client interactions, ensuring a consistently high level of service and presentation
Qualifications
Proven experience in weddings, events sales, or luxury hospitality sales management
Strong commercial awareness with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a confident and professional approach
Experience using CRM systems, sales platforms, or hotel PMS
Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality, personalised experiences
Ability to build lasting client relationships and deliver outstanding customer service
Professional personal presentation aligned with luxury brand standards
Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work evenings and weekends as required
A genuine passion for weddings, events, and luxury hospitality
