Workforce Planning Specialist

Reporting to the Senior Workforce Manager, the Workforce Planning Specialist will play a vital role in supporting [solidcore]’s growing studio operations through administration of our workforce scheduling platform, Blueprint. As the day-to-day owner of the system, you will be responsible for ensuring data accuracy, managing configuration and user access, troubleshooting issues, and overseeing ongoing system updates and improvements. In this role, you’ll also support cross-functional workforce planning efforts by ensuring studio teams have the tools, training, and communication needed to execute effectively and consistently across all locations. You’ll be a key point of contact for scheduling-related inquiries and will help uphold operational standards and brand guidelines throughout the organization. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, tech-savvy, and a proactive problem-solver with a background in fitness, hospitality, or service-based industries.
