As the Office & Event Manager, you keep our office running smoothly and support events and offsites that bring the team together and enable great collaboration.

🚀 Your Daily Business - No two days are alike

• Ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of our office

• Coordinate and manage facility services

• Support the planning and preparation of team events and offsites

• Welcome and assist guests as our first point of contact

• Contribute to a positive, motivating, and collaborative team atmosphere

🤝 Your Skillset - What you bring to the table

• You’re fluent in German and English and feel comfortable switching between both

• You’re available on Mondays and can work 20 hours a week (the rest of your hours can be spread across the week)

• You’re hands-on and enjoy fixing, setting up, or improving things around the office

• You like organising spaces and making sure everything is where it should be

• You enjoy creating structure, whether it’s schedules, routines, or simple processes

• You’re open, friendly, and communicative and enjoy interacting with colleagues, guests, and candidates
