Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional front-of-house service by warmly welcoming employees, candidates, and guests, and managing reception operations including mail, packages, and visitor systems.
- Oversee daily office operations, prioritising and resolving employee requests in line with service level agreements (SLAs).
- Lead internal office communications to keep teams informed and engaged, ensuring access to up-to-date information and resources.
- Manage relationships with local vendors (e.g. food services, janitorial, fitness) to ensure high-quality service and operational continuity.
- Plan and execute employee engagement events that align with company culture and budget.
- Act as a cultural leader, championing company values and fostering a connected, inclusive workplace.
- Collaborate with senior leaders and cross-functional teams on space planning, office moves, and infrastructure improvements.
- Oversee the food and beverage programme, ensuring variety and inclusivity of dietary needs.
- Develop, manage, and forecast office budgets with a focus on resource efficiency and financial accountability.
- Partner with procurement and legal teams to identify and onboard new vendors.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards through regular inspections and proactive risk management.
- Support cross-functional workplace initiatives and special projects as needed.
What You Bring
- 5+ years’ experience in workplace experience, facilities, or office operations within a fast-paced environment.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to mentor and motivate a local workplace team.
- Strong budget management, vendor coordination, and project management capabilities.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Highly organised and adaptable, with the ability to prioritise in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, and Jira.
- Experience in workplace safety and compliance practices.
- Fluency in English; additional local language skills are a plus.
- A proactive mindset and eagerness to adopt new technologies and systems.
