本ポジションは、PlayStationブランドおよびプラットフォーム（主にPlayStation®5）に関する日本市場向けのマーケティングコミュニケーション戦略の企画・実行を担うポジションです。
ハードウェア・ソフトウェア・サービスなどPlayStationに関連する魅力的なプロダクトを、ゲームファンはもちろん、これから出会う新たなユーザーにも届け、ブランド体験を広げていくことがミッションです。
マーケティング戦略の立案からコミュニケーション施策の設計、キャンペーンやアクティベーションの実行までを一貫して担当し、社内外の関係者と連携しながら、日本市場におけるブランド価値とエンゲージメントの最大化を目指します。
【主な業務内容】
- 日本市場向けのPlayStationブランド価値向上に向けたマーケティング活動の企画・実行
- プラットフォーム（主にPS5）に関するマーケティングコミュニケーション戦略の立案と年間活動計画の策定
- 製品・ブランドキャンペーンの設計、進行管理、実行
- インフルエンサー活用やSNS、コミュニティを活かしたオンライン施策の立案・運用
- オフラインイベント、PR施策などリアルな場でのアクティベーションの企画・実行
- 注力ソフトウェアタイトルのパブリッシャー様との共催施策の企画・推進

■求められるスキル・経験 / Skills and Qualifications
【必須（MUST）】
- コンシューマー向けプロダクト、サービス、エンターテインメント関連のマーケティング・プロモーション業務経験（5年以上）
- チームリード経験3年以上
- キャンペーン、広告、イベント、オンライン施策などの企画立案〜実行までの実務経験
- 複数部署・外部パートナーとの協業・調整・プロジェクトマネジメント経験
- 日本語での優れた文章作成・プレゼンテーションスキル
【歓迎（WANT）】
- グローバルブランドのローカルマーケティング経験
- インフルエンサーやSNSを活用したデジタルマーケティングの知見
- 英語での業務遂行（会議、メール等）が可能なコミュニケーションスキル
- ゲーム・エンターテインメントへの強い関心と理解

■語学力 / Language Skills
- 日本語：必須（ビジネスレベルでの文書作成・対人調整スキル）
- 英語：尚可（TOEIC目安700点以上、読み書き中心）
