12 Hour Day Shift with Dementia Care Experience in Carlsbad With Overtime

Hourly Pay Rate: $20 - $23 per hour

We’re seeking a dedicated Home Care Aide to provide exceptional one-on-one care for a client in North County (Carlsbad). You’ll play a vital role in creating a safe, supportive, and uplifting environment where your client feels valued and understood. 💖

💛 Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• Assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming 🛁
• Providing compassionate dementia care with patience and respect 💬
• Offering companionship, engagement, and emotional support throughout the day
• Supporting mobility, meal preparation, and light housekeeping 🧺🍲
• Maintaining a calm and comfortable atmosphere during both day and night shifts 🌙

📅 Schedule: 12-hour day and night shifts available (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM and 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
📍 Location: North County (Carlsbad) – Private Home

Requirements

• Cell phone with internet access
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to engage with clients in a light-hearted, positive manner
• Preferred but not required: Certifications such as CNA, HHA, CPR, First Aid, AED
