The 2nd Line Support Engineer will handle more complex technical issues escalated from the 1st Line Support team. This role requires in-depth knowledge of AX 2012 and D365 systems, as well as the ability to analyze and resolve technical and business problems efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide advanced technical support for AX 2012 and D365 users.
  • Analyze and resolve complex issues escalated from the 1st Line Support team.
  • Collaborate with development teams to identify and implement solutions for recurring issues.
  • Perform system diagnostics and troubleshooting to identify root causes of problems.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of support activities and solutions.
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of knowledge base articles.
  • Participate in system upgrades, patches, and maintenance activities as needed.
  • Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a 2nd line support role, with strong knowledge of AX 2012 and D365.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience with system upgrades, patches, and maintenance.
  • Familiarity with ITIL processes is a plus.
