3.54 Senior Product Manager

Field AI is transforming how robots interact with the real world. We’re looking for a hands-on Product Manager to partner closely with Product Engineering to drive clarity, speed, and customer alignment across our product development efforts. This role is deeply execution-oriented and designed to reduce friction for engineering, not add process. You will work directly with engineering leads to translate customer needs, technical constraints, and business priorities into clear product direction, well-defined requirements, and fast, informed decisions.

We are solving one of the world’s most complex challenges: deploying robots in unstructured, previously unknown environments. Our Field Foundational Models™ set a new standard in perception, planning, localization, and manipulation, ensuring our approach is explainable and safe for deployment.
