Field AI is transforming how robots interact with the real world. We are building risk-aware, reliable, and field-ready AI systems that address the most complex challenges in robotics, unlocking the full potential of embodied intelligence. We go beyond typical data-driven approaches or pure transformer-based architectures, and are charting a new course, with already-globally-deployed solutions delivering real-world results and rapidly improving models through real-field applications.

We are looking for a senior product leader to own a major product area within our Construction portfolio and ensure clarity, coherence, and scalability across customer deployments. This role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution and is accountable for translating company priorities into durable product direction that engineering teams can move on quickly. You will lead a team of product managers and work directly with senior engineering leaders to define product boundaries, reduce customer-driven fragmentation, and enforce product integrity at scale. This role is designed to accelerate delivery by providing strong product authority, not additional process.

What You Will Get To Do

  • Own and evolve a coherent product portfolio within Construction, including products, versions, configurations, and exclusions
  • Set product vision, multi-quarter roadmaps, and lifecycle strategy independent of individual customer demands
  • Define supported use cases, boundaries, and explicit non-goals across your product area
  • Make and enforce cross-customer prioritization and tradeoff decisions that maximize reuse and long-term scalability
  • Establish product-level acceptance criteria and validation standards for customer workflows and deployments
  • Act as the escalation point for scope decisions and in-scope vs out-of-scope determinations
  • Lead and mentor product managers to operate with clarity, authority, and consistency
  • Partner closely with engineering, robotics, AI, and platform leadership to align feasibility, sequencing, and execution
  • Prevent duplication, fragmentation, and customer-specific divergence across deployments
  • Provide clear product truth to Scope Qualification, Sales, and Product Communication teams
  • What You Have

  • 10+ years of experience in product management for complex technical systems
  • Experience leading product managers and owning a substantial product surface area
  • Proven ability to define products that scale across customers without custom divergence
  • Strong judgment around scope, sequencing, and long-term product health
  • Ability to operate with authority in a matrixed, customer-driven organization
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • What Will Set You Apart

  • Experience with construction technology, robotics, autonomy, AI, or field-deployed systems
  • Background in safety-critical or operationally complex environments
  • Experience defining product catalogs, configurations, and commercial boundaries
  • Comfort acting as a product backstop by saying no when necessary
  • Track record of balancing revenue enablement with long-term product integrity
  • Our salary range is generous and we take into consideration an individual's background and experience in determining final salary; base pay offered may vary considerably depending on geographic location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
