Role Overview:

We are looking for a creative and organized Content & Podcast Production Specialist to support the growth of our YouTube channel and podcast. This role blends strategy, content planning, and production execution. You’ll be responsible for optimizing our content presence, ensuring our episodes run smoothly, and supporting the expansion of our digital media footprint.

Key Responsibilities:

• YouTube Channel Creation & Optimization.
• Set up and manage our YouTube channel with a focus on branding, SEO, and growth
• Develop strategies for maximizing audience engagement and visibility.
• Implement best practices for video descriptions, titles, tags, thumbnails, and playlists.
• Podcast Strategy & Production
• Collaborate on high-level podcast strategy, ensuring alignment with brand goals.
• Support monthly production, including editing and repurposing content into short-form videos (2 shorts/month minimum).
• Write run sheets for each episode, ensuring smooth recording sessions.
• Assist with guest preparation, scheduling, and overall episode workflow.
• Content Planning & Optimization
• Develop and manage a content calendar across podcasts, YouTube, and supporting platforms.
• Identify content opportunities that align with audience interests and industry trends.
• Optimize published content for reach, engagement, and conversions.

Requirements

• Proven experience in podcast production, content strategy, or digital media.
• Strong understanding of YouTube growth strategies and SEO.
• Skilled in video/audio editing and repurposing content for multiple formats.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Strong writing ability for run sheets, show notes, and platform copy.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.

Nice-to-Haves:

• Familiarity with podcast distribution platforms (Spotify, Apple Podcasts, etc.).
• Knowledge of social media algorithms and short-form content trends (TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts).
• Experience in guest booking or podcast PR.
