Role Overview:
The Project Manager will lead cross-functional initiatives and oversee timelines, resources, and deliverables across Creative, Marketing, Web, and Operations. The ideal candidate has hands-on expertise with Asana and a proven track record managing projects in fast-paced, high-growth DTC environments. You’ll be the central hub for coordination—driving clarity, accountability, and follow-through from kickoff to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and refine the project management process across Creative, Marketing, Web, and Ops.
- Build and maintain workflows in Asana, ensuring timelines, priorities, and dependencies are visible and clear.
- Partner with department leads to scope projects, set milestones, and allocate resources effectively.
- Monitor project progress, flag risks early, and resolve bottlenecks proactively.
- Facilitate clear communication across teams to keep strategy and execution aligned.
- Track deliverables and ensure deadlines are consistently met without compromising quality.
- Support leadership with reporting on project status, timelines, and cross-departmental initiatives.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in a DTC brand or eCommerce environment.
- Proven success managing projects across Creative, Marketing, Web, and Operations.
- Strong expertise in Asana (setup, workflow optimization, reporting).
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects with shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and solutions-focused.
