Position: Business Development Representative (BDR)

Scope of the Role
The Business Development Representative (BDR) will fuel the company’s top-of-funnel growth by generating and qualifying leads, booking meetings, and building a strong pipeline for the Sales Team. This is an entry-to-mid level role with a clear career trajectory into Account Executive positions.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Prospect and engage potential clients through calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach
- Qualify leads using frameworks such as BANT or SPICED
- Book meetings and ensure a smooth handoff to Account Executives
- Maintain accurate data and activity logs in the CRM (HubSpot or Salesforce)
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly KPIs related to outreach and meetings booked
Requirements
Years of Experience
- 1–2 years in sales, recruiting, or customer-facing roles (preferred but not required)
Background
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills (Spanish/Portuguese a plus)
- Comfortable making outbound calls and handling objections
- Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, high-activity environments
Tools and Software
- Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar sales tools is a plus
