Scope of the role:
The Graphic Designer will own and execute creative across packaging, branding, marketing assets, and digital platforms. This includes designing for retail environments, e-commerce, and advertising channels while collaborating with marketing, product, and leadership to reinforce brand equity and support sales.
Responsibilities:
- Design CPG packaging and labels that are compliant, on-brand, and optimized for shelf impact and ecommerce thumbnails.
- Develop visual assets for product launches, including packaging systems, sell sheets, retailer decks, and promotional materials.
- Create digital marketing assets for eCommerce, Amazon, paid ads, social media, and email campaigns.
- Maintain and evolve brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
- Translate marketing strategies and consumer insights into compelling visual storytelling.
- Collaborate with marketing, product development, and external vendors to deliver high-quality creative on tight timelines.
- Prepare production-ready files, ensuring accuracy in dielines, print specs, and color management.

- Understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements for CPG packaging.
