We are a data-driven growth partner for ecommerce brands, focused on scaling performance through advanced paid media strategy, compelling creative, and proprietary analytics technology. This role sits at the intersection of performance marketing, client strategy, and cross-functional leadership.
You will own paid media strategy end-to-end for ecommerce clients, acting as both a strategic advisor and execution leader. Success in this role requires strong analytical thinking, clear client communication, and the ability to align media buying, creative, and funnel optimization into a cohesive growth plan.
Key Responsibilities
Paid Media Strategy & Ownership
- Develop and execute paid media strategies across Meta, Google, and TikTok, aligned with client goals and business objectives.
- Own overall account performance, ensuring campaigns are structured for scalable, sustainable growth.
Client Leadership & Communication
- Serve as the primary strategic point of contact for assigned clients.
- Ensure clarity, alignment, and accountability across all deliverables and timelines.
- Build strong, trust-based client relationships through transparency and proactive guidance.
Campaign Management & Execution
- Oversee paid media campaign setup, optimization, and budget allocation in line with platform best practices.
- Ensure media buys are executed efficiently and consistently monitored for performance.
Performance Analysis & Insights
- Analyze funnel performance, customer acquisition costs, and blended ROAS.
- Identify opportunities for optimization, scaling, and experimentation based on performance data.
Reporting & Strategic Updates
- Deliver weekly performance updates highlighting results, learnings, and next steps.
- Produce bi-monthly strategic reports with deeper insights, trends, and growth recommendations.
- Lead biweekly client calls to present findings, align priorities, and reinforce strategic direction.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner closely with media buyers, creative strategists, and analysts to ensure campaigns are aligned and data-driven.
- Translate performance insights into actionable briefs for creative and media teams.
Optimization, Testing & Quality Control
- Identify and prioritize A/B testing opportunities across creatives, audiences, and landing pages.
- Provide direct, high-standard feedback to ensure creative and media execution meets strategic and platform standards.
- Maintain a culture of continuous improvement and experimentation.
Technology & Attribution
- Leverage proprietary ecommerce and attribution software to track paid media performance and overall business health.
- Develop mastery of internal tools to inform smarter strategy and decision-making.

Requirements
Qualifications & Experience
- 3+ years of paid media experience (agency or in-house), with a focus on Meta, TikTok, and/or Google.
- Proven experience managing $500K+ monthly budgets across one or more paid media platforms.
- 2+ years in a client-facing strategy or account leadership role.
- Strong ability to translate complex marketing data into clear strategic actions.
- Deep understanding of the DTC ecommerce landscape and customer acquisition best practices.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
- A testing-first mindset with a passion for continuous learning and optimization.
