About the Role
We are looking for a UX Designer to own and elevate the user experience across our digital ecosystem. Reporting to the Director of Growth & Ecommerce, this role will focus on designing intuitive, conversion-driven experiences across the website—particularly navigation, product detail pages, landing pages, and checkout.
This is a highly collaborative and hands-on role that blends strategic UX thinking with strong visual/UI execution. You will partner closely with the CRO/Optimization function, using user behavior insights, analytics, and experimentation results to iterate quickly and drive measurable improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and optimize user experiences across core ecommerce flows, including PDPs, landing pages, navigation, and checkout
- Collaborate with the CRO/Optimization Specialist to support A/B and multivariate testing, creating variations and iterating based on results
- Translate insights from user research, analytics, and behavioral data into high-impact design improvements
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs in Figma
- Ensure design consistency and strong brand alignment across all digital touchpoints
- Partner cross-functionally with Growth, Creative, Product, and Development teams to bring designs to production
- Conduct UX audits and proactively identify usability, engagement, and conversion opportunities
- Stay up to date on ecommerce UX best practices, DTC trends, and emerging design tools
Requirements
- 4–5 years of UX/UI design experience, ideally within ecommerce or DTC brands
- Proven track record designing for conversion, including landing page optimization and improving key onsite experiences (homepage through checkout)
- Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered process and measurable business impact
- Expert-level proficiency in Figma
- Shopify experience is a plus
- Familiarity with analytics/research tools such as GA4, Hotjar, or similar
- Experience supporting A/B testing and translating results into actionable design iterations
- Strong visual design skills with attention to detail and brand consistency
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and stakeholders
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, remote environment
