For over 30 years, Sentry Credit has been a staple of the Everett community. In 2025, we began our most exciting chapter yet by joining the TrueML family. Now, our story continues as we continue to revolutionize debt resolution.
By combining Sentry’s local legacy with TrueML’s innovative, empathy-driven approach, we’ve retired aggressive, old-school tactics in favor of a modern, helpful consumer experience. What You'll Do:
Drive Consumer Engagement: Manage a consistent flow of inbound and outbound calls, guiding conversations to help individuals establish a path toward financial stabilityProblem Solve: Investigate account details and work with consumers to resolve discrepancies or disputes.Master Multi-System Navigation: Toggle between various software platforms and screens to provide real-time updates and efficient serviceMaintain Accurate Records: Document all communications and account activities across multiple digital channelsCollaborate for Success: Contribute to a dynamic call center culture by joining a team that's constantly finding new ways to help consumers achieve financial stabilityHit Your Targets: Maintain a high level of activity to meet daily goals and maximize your commission potential.
