A24 is looking for an Account Director to oversee A24’s growing rev-share business as the lead across accounts for our growing AVOD & FAST business. This person will deepen relationships for 10+ accounts with intent to increase, developing bespoke distribution strategies and driving performance. This person will also lead internal data system development and conduct performance analysis to make strategic recommendations that grow the business. This role can be based in our Los Angeles or New York office. Initial responsibilities include:

Our target salary range for this role is between $160,000 to $190,000. We do not use formal job titles internally and similarly named positions may have different compensation levels. Actual starting salary within the range will depend on various considerations, including: work experience, skills, specializations, and training. This role is also eligible for an annual performance bonus, including both cash and equity components, competitive healthcare, as well as other employee benefits.
