Compensation: USD $2,000 - $2,500/month base + commission

Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven mid-level Account Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a pipeline of inbound and warm leads, conducting client meetings, and ultimately closing new business. This is a new business development role with a focus on acquiring new clients, and it also offers the opportunity to expand relationships within existing accounts. You will be reporting directly to the CEO and will play a crucial role in driving our company's growth.
Responsibilities:
Manage and prioritize a pipeline of inbound and warm leads provided by the company.
Proactively reach out to warm leads to ensure a full calendar of client meetings.
Conduct discovery calls and meetings with prospective clients to understand their hiring needs and challenges.
Present our company's recruiting services and value proposition in a compelling manner.
Negotiate contract terms and close new client agreements to meet and exceed sales targets.
Focus on achieving a weekly target for new client acquisition.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and client interactions in our CRM system.
Collaborate with the CEO to refine and optimize the sales process.
Identify and pursue opportunities for account expansion by re-engaging with past clients.
Requirements:
3-5 years of experience in an Account Executive, Sales Executive, or a similar client-facing sales role.
A proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas and targets.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
A self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage your time effectively in a remote setting.
Proficiency in using CRM software to manage sales pipelines and activities.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience in the recruiting or staffing industry is highly desirable.
Experience selling services to clients in the Technology, Construction, or Accounting sectors.
English fluency is a must.
