Read AI is looking for a Growth Account Executive who thrives on the hunt. This role is built for driven, competitive sellers who love opening doors, creating opportunities, and turning curiosity into customers. We’re looking for a diamond in the rough that is eager to build their sales skills and loves being pushed towards greatness. As a Growth AE, you’ll own the full sales cycle—from working inbound leads to outbound prospecting to closing deals— your main focus will be on bringing new companies into the Read AI ecosystem.

Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and discovery through negotiation and close
Generate and manage a strong pipeline through inbound lead management as well as proactive outbound efforts, creative outreach, and strategic follow-up
Identify and target high-potential growth-stage companies that can benefit from Read AI
Run consultative discovery conversations that uncover real workflow pain and position Read AI as a must-have productivity platform through compelling product demonstrations
Build urgency and momentum throughout the sales process to consistently move deals forward while maintaining an accurate forecast pipeline
Continuously experiment with new prospecting strategies, messaging, and approaches to unlock growth
Become a trusted advisor to prospects by deeply understanding the modern collaboration and productivity landscape
Experience: 1+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, ideally in a closing or hybrid hunting role
Hunter Mentality: Highly motivated self-starter with a demonstrated ability to generate pipeline through outbound activity and creative prospecting
Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to capture attention quickly
Sales Skills: Strong discovery, objection handling, negotiation, and closing skills while showing resilience when encountering rejection.
Technical Obsession: Rapidly grasp and communicate the value of AI-powered products because they believe in the possibilities of the technology.
CRM Proficiency: Experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce
Collaboration: Strong team orientation and ability to partner across departments to win deals
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

The annual base salary for this position is $70,000, with an additional performance-based variable component of up to 30%. Actual total compensation will depend on the candidate’s qualifications, skills, and experience.
