Kalshi is defining a new category
Kalshi has defined a new category: prediction markets. Kalshi allows people to trade on the outcome of any events and turn any question about the future into a financial asset. Kalshi fought for years and legalized prediction markets in the US for the first time in history, is currently the fastest growing financial market in America, and has thousands of markets across politics, economics, financials, weather, tech, AI, culture and more.
We believe prediction markets have the potential to be the largest financial market because they turn anything into a financial position.
Our vision: well… build the largest financial market on the planet.
Our mission: bring more truth to the world through the power of markets.
Our culture is simple: we hire really talented people, work really hard, and enjoy the climb. We are looking for ambitious and exceptional people to join our (relatively small) team to help us build the next generation of financial markets.
Role Roadmap
As an Account Executive, you’ll drive the partnerships that bring event trading to millions of new users. You’ll own the front half of the partnership lifecycle—sourcing potential broker and distribution partners, leading outreach, shaping commercial terms, and closing deals that expand Kalshi’s distribution footprint.
This is a high-impact, outward-facing role where you’ll run deals end-to-end and represent Kalshi to executives, platforms, and strategic partners. Once partnerships close, you’ll transition them to our Account Management team for onboarding, integration, and long-term growth.
What You’ll Do
Source, qualify, and prioritize brokers, platforms, fintechs, and distribution partners that can integrate and distribute Kalshi’s markets
Own full-cycle outbound and inbound sales: outreach → discovery → pitch → negotiation → close → onboarding
Develop compelling narratives, business cases, and ROI models tailored to each partner’s platform and user base
Run high-quality partner calls and demos with executives, PMs, legal/compliance, and technical stakeholders
Structure commercial agreements that maximize long-term value and align incentives
Manage deal flow, forecasts, and pipeline hygiene across CRM systems
Transition closed partners to the Account Management team for onboarding and activation
Collaborate closely with product, compliance, engineering, and operations to shape Kalshi’s partner-facing value propositions
-
Maintain a strong understanding of market trends, brokerage models, competitive dynamics, and emerging opportunities in trading and fintech distribution
What You Bring
3–7 years of experience in sales, business development, partnerships, or account executive roles, ideally in fintech, trading, brokerage, or financial APIs
Proven track record sourcing and closing B2B partnerships or platform integrations
Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills with C-level and technical stakeholders
Strong commercial acumen with the ability to model upside, structure incentives, and articulate mutual value
Operator mindset with the ability to run deals independently and manage complex cycles
Comfortable learning and communicating complex financial, regulatory, and technical concepts
-
Bonus: Experience selling into brokerages, trading platforms, fintech APIs, or regulated financial products
