This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for an Account Executive. In this role, you will play a critical part in expanding our partner's US customer base within the retail sector. You will be responsible for building true enterprise relationships and driving substantial sales growth by offering innovative solutions. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate closely with key stakeholders and leverage your consultative selling skills to create impactful partnerships. Accountabilities

  • Develop M/SQLs from events, roundtables, website, inbound, BDR, advisory board
  • Create, pursue and nurture your own prospects
  • Conduct rigorous discovery on accounts
  • Build senior stakeholder relationships across each customer
  • Scope and negotiate pilots and full deployments
  • Monetize contract expansion in partnership with the Customer team
  • Ensure sales activity is fully tracked in the CRM
  • Requirements

  • 7+ years experience in a sales-related individual contributor role, with a preference for 4+ years in new logo acquisition
  • Experience in retail or other relevant large enterprise industries
  • A bachelor's degree
  • Energy, persistence, self-motivation, positivity and restlessness
  • Growth mindset with a passion for new approaches and scaling successful tactics
  • Ability to account map, prospect and self-source new logo meetings
  • Proven history of achieving and exceeding targets
  • Strong sales discovery skills and training
  • Understanding of funnel math and pipeline management, forecasting
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentations
  • Executive presence and strong process orientation
  • Command of AI tools to support efficient outbound and account-based research
  • Willingness to travel domestically and occasionally internationally
  • Desire to work in a fast-paced, dynamic tech start-up
