As an SMB Account Executive, you will be the face of Scribe to our prospective customers and help them solve business challenges with Scribe solutions. You will exude passion for Scribe and kickstart their journey as customers.
📌 About the Role
As an SMB Account Executive at Scribe, you will close inbound new business deals with companies of all verticals. You will follow up with inbound leads that come through our sales form and provide a best in class sales experience. You’ll deliver product demos and answer questions while being aided by the best in class sales and GTM tools.
This is a foundational role in our sales team and the SMB segment has access to the highest volume of qualified leads. The SMB team is also a talent pool for our upmarket segments.

🌎 Location
Our HQ is in beautiful San Francisco, California. For this role, we expect you to live in or near San Francisco and work from the office 3 days per week.
🧩 What Makes You a Great Fit
You have a minimum of six months experience in a customer facing sales role. You have a heavy bias toward action. You ask for forgiveness rather than permission (within reason). You like looking back at your day and being able to check a lot of tasks off your list. You enjoy a fast paced work environment and getting things done. Scribe is a tool that is easy to learn and teach customers on - if you enjoy having lots of customer conversations and can stay organized, this role is a great fit for you.

💰 Compensation
We benchmark compensation using trusted market data and apply a tiered geographic framework to ensure competitive pay across locations. The ranges below represent the base salary band for this role by tier. Final offers are determined by experience, scope, internal parity, and location.
100,000 - 120,000 OTE (65/35 split)
