Job Purpose
As Account Growth Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and strategic expansion within SAVii’s existing B2B portfolio. The role focuses on upselling, cross-selling, and deepening partnerships with leading local and multinational companies in the Philippines. You will play a key role in expanding the adoption of SAVii’s integrated solutions, including GoTyme payroll services and other partner offerings, to strengthen client engagement and deliver greater value to employees and organizations alike. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will ensure that every client relationship contributes to sustained business growth and long-term partnership success.

Your Impact: What You’ll Do

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders
  • Identify and qualify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to all targeted client accounts - with a primary focus on upselling to the existing B2B client base
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to grow and expand SAVii’s existing B2B accounts, with a focus on upselling and cross-selling SAVii and Gotyme payroll services
  • Handle contract renewals to ensure continuity, account retention, and portfolio growth
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and other relevant stakeholders to structure proposals, secure approvals, and close expansion deals
  • Work closely with Relationship Managers to design and implement strategic account approaches that strengthen client partnerships, drive engagement, and maximize business opportunities
  • Track and forecast account growth pipeline; meet assigned portfolio revenue and uptake targets
  • Monitor client performance, usage trends, and account health to identify expansion opportunities or potential risks.
  • Monitor client satisfaction and proactively address client questions or concerns, risks to retention and account stability.
  • Keep CRM and all relevant tools well-documented and updated with stakeholder maps, engagement records, and opportunity movement
  • Adhere to company policies, standards, and confidentiality protocols in handling client and business information
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support overall client success and business growth
  • What We’re Looking For: Skills & Experience

  • Strong track record in driving and converting enterprise-level sales opportunities
  • Minimum 1 year of account management or client-facing roles such as project management, implementation, operations management, or product management
  • Experience as a sales executive or client relationship manager would be an advantage
  • Strong people person and an expert in two-way communication (oral and written)
  • Ability to build relationships, influence others, and obtain results through working with others
  • Organized, high-energy, and results-driven, capable of being a leader within the company
  • Superior problem-solving skills, ability to identify issues, root causes, and solutions
  • Able to work with a diverse team
  • Can talk to both top executives of multinational companies and top “old-school” local executives of the local companies
