In this role, you won’t just manage accounts — you’ll become a trusted marketing advisor. You’ll guide clients through marketing strategy, digital ad performance, and growth opportunities while serving as the bridge between clients and our internal teams. We’re looking for someone who is relationship-driven, analytically minded, and passionate about delivering measurable results.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Drive Marketing Strategies:
Collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to identify opportunities and create tailored digital marketing strategies across paid search, paid social, SEO, and web performance to drive measurable ROI. - Account Management & Relationship Building:
Manage multiple client accounts simultaneously, building long-term relationships rooted in trust, responsiveness, and proactive communication. - Digital Ads & Analytics Oversight:
Analyze campaign performance across platforms such as Google Ads and Meta Ads. Interpret digital advertising analytics, monitor trends, and provide strategic recommendations to optimize results. - Performance Reviews & Strategic Guidance:
Lead recurring strategy calls to review marketing performance, lead flow, ad spend, and campaign effectiveness. Clearly communicate insights and next steps to clients, including executive-level stakeholders. - Client Communication Excellence:
Maintain consistent communication via email, phone, video call, and in-person meetings, delivering 5-star service and ensuring alignment on goals and expectations. - Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Act as the liaison between clients and internal marketing, creative, and production teams to ensure seamless execution and timely delivery of campaigns. - Client Onboarding & Retention:
Partner with the sales team to onboard new clients smoothly, set strategic direction from day one, and foster long-term retention through results and exceptional service. - Travel & On-Site Support:
Travel up to 20% of the time to client locations for filming, strategy sessions, and relationship-building meetings. - Continuous Growth & Adaptability:
Stay current on digital marketing trends, platform updates, and analytics tools to continuously enhance strategy and client outcomes.
REQUIREMENTS: - Proven ability to manage multiple client relationships simultaneously while maintaining high service standards and responsiveness.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the confidence to present strategies and performance insights to business owners and executive-level stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively and pivot in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be local to Memphis, TN.
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 20% of the time for client meetings and filming.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable navigating CRMs, project management tools, and analytics dashboards.
- Self-motivated, relationship-driven, and committed to delivering exceptional client service.
- Preferred: an understanding of digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads) and the ability to confidently interpret and communicate analytics and performance data.

- $40,000-$48,000 base pay + quarterly retention bonus = Total OTE $46,000 - $54,000

- 8-hour shift (You will be expected to track time.)
- 9 am- 5 pm CST
- Monday to Friday
