We're looking for an Account Manager to join us here at Sign In App, part of Sign In Solutions. In this role, you'll own revenue growth across your book of business, carrying a quota and being directly accountable for expansion and upsell targets. You'll take a consultative, solution-selling approach - understanding your customers' challenges and positioning the right solutions to help them succeed. You'll partner closely with marketing, collaborate cross-functionally, and always lead with customer value. This can be a hybrid role (3x/week) based in Northampton or we are open to remote work for the right candidate.

Skills:
Proficiency in Danish (both written and verbal) is essentialBachelor’s degree in Business or Computer Science, or equivalent experiencePrevious SaaS experience is required3+ years in a client facing, high-tech B2B, account management or renewal management role preferredProven track record of quota attainmentAbility to interact with a customer’s executives and demonstrate strategic understanding of business needsHands-on experience with CRM software products (Salesforce.com preferred)Ability to think critically and analyticallyOutstanding listening skills with the ability to translate client communications into solutionsStrong organizational skills, highly detail oriented, motivated to document processAbility to multitask/ in a SUPER fast paced environmentWillingness and passion to learn new skillsDesired/ Preferable previous Software as a Service (SaaS) experience.
