Requirements

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Account Manager Intern to support our client servicing and account management team. This remote internship is ideal for fresh graduates or early-career professionals who are eager to build hands-on experience in client communication, relationship management, and business operations. As an Account Manager Intern, you will work closely with internal teams and clients to ensure smooth execution of deliverables, timely communication, and a high level of client satisfaction.

This role offers an excellent opportunity to understand how businesses manage client relationships, track performance, and coordinate cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing day-to-day communication with assigned clients via email, calls, and virtual meetings
  • Support senior account managers in onboarding new clients and understanding client requirements
  • Coordinate with internal teams (sales, operations, marketing, or delivery teams) to ensure timely execution of client deliverables
  • Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure commitments are met
  • Prepare basic reports, status updates, and presentations for internal and client-facing meetings
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, feedback, and documentation
  • Help identify potential upsell or cross-sell opportunities by understanding client needs and business objectives
  • Address basic client queries and escalate issues when required to ensure prompt resolution
  • Support process improvement initiatives to enhance client experience and operational efficiency

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 0–1 years of experience; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Good interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
  • Basic understanding of business operations, sales, or client servicing
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, PowerPoint, and email communication tools
  • Comfort working in a remote setup with minimal supervision

Preferred Skills

  • Exposure to account management, client servicing, sales, or customer success roles
  • Familiarity with CRM tools or project management platforms (a plus, not mandatory)
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-growing environment
