This role is responsible for delivering exceptional service, managing ongoing client relationships, and ensuring a seamless experience across our insurance products and internal departments.
The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who enjoys problem-solving, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in building relationships with clients and broker partners.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or at least three years of customer service experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
