Accountant Intern, Finance

What You Will Do

• Track the actual cost and update the payment for each E-commerce project
•  Reconcile successfully delivered orders with orders with recorded revenue in E-commerce (Tiktokshop, Shopee, ..)
• Manage the quarterly tracking of bank reconciliation by campaigns
• Work with other departments to verify appropriate vendor payments
•  Reconcile VAT between the NetSuite system & Tax system
• Help with accounts receivable, payable and bank statement reconciliation
• Check data on the NetSuite system to ensure that information is correct and the documentation is sufficient
• Input accounting data into the NetSuite system
• Assist with month-end financial reports (if required)
• Support monthly/quarterly financial analysis packets for management (if required)
• Other tasks assigned by Finance Manager

Who You Are

• A recognized university degree in Finance & Accounting 
• Proficiency in Vietnamese & English
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Be experienced in ERP, Accounting System (an advantage)
• Good at Microsoft Word, Excel.. is a must 
• Highly motivated with a desire to learn
• Attention to detail, the ability to multitask
• Be able to commit to work full-time for 3-6 months
