Accountant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Accountant to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As an integral part of our finance department, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with local and international accounting standards.

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries
• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Ensure compliance with Saudi Arabian tax laws and regulations
• Assist in budget preparation and forecasting
• Conduct regular financial analysis to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
• Collaborate with other departments to streamline financial processes and enhance efficiency
• Participate in month-end and year-end closing procedures
• Support external audits and internal financial reviews
• Stay up-to-date with changes in accounting standards and regulations

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 2-3 years of progressive accounting experience
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting and tax compliance
• Proficiency in accounting software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office Suite
• Familiarity with local and international accounting standards
• Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills
• Ability to meet deadlines and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
• Fluency English, both written and spoken
• CPA or equivalent certification is a plus
