Business Development Officer (only for candidates eligible under Tawteen Program)

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Officer to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This position is exclusively open to candidates eligible under the Tawteen Program. As a Business Development Officer, you will play a crucial role in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, expanding our client base, and contributing to the overall growth of our organization in the Saudi Arabian market.

• Develop and implement effective business development strategies to drive company growth
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential business opportunities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
• Generate leads and convert them into profitable business partnerships
• Negotiate and close deals with prospective clients
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project implementation
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients and partners
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform business strategies
• Contribute to the development of marketing materials and proposals
• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in the Saudi Arabian market
• Strong understanding of the local business landscape and market trends
• Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills
• Proficiency in CRM software and business development tools
• Outstanding communication and presentation abilities
• Analytical mindset with a focus on results and performance metrics
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Fluency in Arabic and English (both written and spoken)
• Eligibility under the Tawteen Program is mandatory
• Position is open for Saudi Citizens only.
