We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented English Accounting Assistant to join our finance team. This role will play a key part in managing high-volume financial transactions while supporting the team during a system transition to Microsoft Dynamics. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates strong communication skills, and is eager to learn and grow. Fluency in English is required for effective communication with internal teams and external partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Process sales commissions
- Maintain and update Excel spreadsheets with financial data
- Perform bookkeeping tasks, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Support the transition and integration to Microsoft Dynamics Business Central (MDBC)
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics Business Central (MDBC)
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Positive attitude with a strong willingness to learn and challenge oneself

- Prior accounting experience in the real estate industry
