We are looking for an AP specialist to perform various accounting & clerical tasks related to Accounts Payable and Purchasing while ensuring financial accuracy, strong vendor relationships, and smooth cash-flow operations.

Job Responsibilities

Invoice processing, payment execution, check processing, vendor management, reconciliation, support for reports, period-end closing and audits, monitor approved or rejected invoices, and resolve any issues or discrepancies.

Position will also be responsible for basic weekly payroll entry process into payroll service system (Paylocity)

Requirements

High School Diploma/GED required.

Accounting experience (2+ years)

Able to reliably commute or live in Sioux Falls, SD

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

Strong visual acuity in working with numbers, invoices, and totals.

Strong attention to detail.

Must have work experience with Microsoft Office & Excel.

Sage Intacct software experience a plus but not required.

Schedule

Monday-Friday 7:30-4:00
