Accounts Payable Assistant

• Collect and review all documents necessary for preparation of the payment run
• Ensures that all invoices are properly approved for payment
• Prepare Payable vouchers and initiate the payment process in timely manner
• Timely processing of all the hotel’s payments

Qualifications

• Graduate of Accounting or any related course
• With 1-2 years of work experience on the same field
• Easily adapt to a fast phase working environment
• Can work under pressure
