Account Executive – Middle East

This is a true hunter role. You’ll be on the front lines—opening doors, building relationships, and closing high-value deals with some of the most sophisticated financial institutions in the world.

What You’ll Do
Win New Business
- Proactively source, prospect, and generate new opportunities across the Middle East
- Own the full sales cycle—from first outreach to signed deal
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of high-value opportunities
- Consistently hit and exceed revenue targets
Close High-Value Deals
- Sell training and learning solutions into banks, sovereign wealth funds, and financial institutions
- Lead commercial conversations and navigate complex buying processes
- Partner with senior stakeholders to structure and close deals
Build Strategic Relationships
- Develop relationships with decision-makers and influencers across client organizations
- Position yourself as a trusted partner—not just a vendor
- Expand existing accounts and identify upsell opportunities
Be the Face of WSP in the Region
- Represent WSP in client meetings, events, and industry conferences
- Build brand presence and credibility in the Middle East market
- Provide market feedback to refine our go-to-market approach
What You Bring
- 3–5 years of B2B sales or business development experience (hunter mentality required)
- Experience selling into financial institutions, banks, or related sectors is a strong plus
- Proven ability to generate pipeline and close deals
- Strong commercial instincts and confidence in client-facing situations
- Highly motivated, competitive, and results-driven
- Ability to operate independently and take ownership of a region
- Willingness to travel across the Middle East as needed
