We are looking for a Mid or Senior AI Engineer who will help us integrate AI methods into various robotics pipelines.
What you will do:
- Explore and apply modern machine learning techniques (RL, agentic AI, computer vision) to robotics and simulation problems
- Develop and integrate AI models into existing robotics pipelines
- Work with simulated and real-world data
- Work with generative models
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across robotics, simulation, 3D modeling, and software engineering
- Contribute to prototyping and development of new AI-driven features
Requirements
- University degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Robotics, or a related field
- Strong understanding of Deep Learning concepts, with a focus on Reinforcement Learning and Large Language Models (LLMs)
- Solid software engineering skills in Python
- Practical experience with Reinforcement Learning (RL) in robotics context
- Practical experience with AI/ML frameworks and libraries such as PyTorch, Jax, NumPy, Pandas, and Matplotlib
- Experience with 2D or 3D computer vision methods
- Experience with version control and collaboration tools (Git, GitHub, CI/CD)
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Fluent English (C1 level or higher), both written and spoken
Nice to haves:
- Experience training models in parallel simulation environments such as MuJoCo, Isaac Sim, or Genesis
- Experience with Vision-Language-Action Architectures (VLA)
- Experience with agentic AI systems
- Experience with model optimization and deployment on embedded platforms
- Experience with training locomotion policies
- Familiarity with robotics frameworks such as ROS2
- Programming experience in strongly typed languages (e.g., C++)
