We're looking for a Senior AI Engineer who thrives in startup environments — someone who can move fast, wear multiple hats, and help architect and build AI systems from the ground up. This is a high-ownership role, ideal for a technical builder with a product mindset and a passion for figuring things out in real time.
What You’ll Do
Start by building foundational AI capabilities and products, with opportunities to grow into leading teams and larger initiatives as they scaleLead the design and development of end-to-end AI applications — from prototype to productionWork closely with founders, clients, and other engineers to shape both technical and product directionBuild and deploy LLM-based systems, including RAG pipelines, fine-tuned models, and embedding searchOwn delivery of real-world solutions: architect, implement, test, shipIterate rapidly: explore new tools, try new ideas, and solve problems creativelyOperate with autonomy in a fast-changing environment — sometimes as the only engineer on a projectOccasionally dive into adjacent areas like frontend, dev tooling, or data pipelines as needed
Must-Have Skills
Strong experience with modern AI techniques — LLMs, prompting, fine-tuning, RAG, vector databasesStrong Python engineering background, with clean, modular coding practicesComfortable building systems in a solo or small-team setting with limited structureFamiliarity with cloud deployment (AWS/GCP), Docker, and production ML pipelinesAble to balance product thinking and engineering disciplineStartup mentality: comfortable with ambiguity, fast iteration, and wearing many hatsExcellent communication skills — able to work directly with clients and non-technical stakeholders
Bonus Skills
Experience in Conversational AI and Voice AI systemsKnowledge of ML frameworks (PyTorch, scikit-learn, etc.)Exposure to frontend (JS/React) or dev tooling is a plusMLOps / CI/CD familiarityPrior experience in early-stage startups
