about the role
This role reports directly to the CTO, CIO and Head of Data PrivacyThis is a mid level individual contributor role.The Sr. AI Engineer is responsible for designing and implementing innovative artificial intelligence solutions using large language models, agentic frameworks and other related technologies
what you’ll do
Design, implement and maintain scalable AI models and algorithms to align with business needs and optimize business performance Support training and deployment of machine learning models.Collaborate cross functionally with internal stakeholders to develop the products, enhance customer experience and drive product execution, delivering data-driven insightsWork closely with the Data, Software Engineering, and Product Management teams to develop AI applications and optimize results tailored to the business strategies Ensure AI models are reliable and high performing, proactively meeting business objectives Independently troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to AI applications and modelsDevelop robust and scalable software solutions using Python, JavaScript, and SQL, while designing and implementing machine learning models that integrate diverse data sources and algorithmsDrive the integration of AI models into production systems, ensuring seamless operationAnalyze, troubleshoot, and resolve any AI performance issues and production problems
who you are
Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent combination of education and work experience Experience of at least 5 years of work experience related to AI EngineeringStrong knowledge and experience in programming languages, such as PythonStrong knowledge in SQLStrong team player mindsetAt least 3 years of experience with AI and ML conceptsStrong verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work independently, across multiple projectsAbility to articulate data strategies and technical concepts to non-technical stakeholdersStrategic thinking and problem solving abilities.Must be authorized to work in the United States.
