What You’ll Do
Implement new AI features in productsBuild tools & frameworks augmenting the capabilities of LLM/VLMsBuild AI automations & AI agentsFine-tune AI modelsFine-tune and maintain models with the HuggingFace toolkitMonitor model's performanceWork with and guide internal teams on building custom datasetsResearch & DevelopmentRapidly build and test AI-driven concepts — moving from proof of concept → MVP → production.Evaluate existing solutions (both internal & external) and conduct experiments on potential improvements
What We’re Looking For
Technical skillsStrong software engineering background: Python, Rust is a nice-to-haveExperience in parameter-efficient fine-tuningKnowledge and familiarity with the tools in AI ecosystem (ML frameworks, HuggingFace, MLOps, Guardrails, AI Agents)Understanding the theory behind neural networks and Transformer architectureExperience2–5 years in AI/ML space, at least 2 years with language modelsexperience with other modalities (vision, audio) is a nice-to-haveTrack record of going from idea → prototype → production in fast-paced environmentsPrevious experience in R&D department is highly valuedTraitsCuriosity and willingness to learnAbility to take ownership, but also cooperate in small teamsAmbition to reach new levels of quality
