What You’ll Do
Fine-tune AI modelsFine-tune and maintain models (LLM, VLM, forecasting)Monitor models performanceWork with and guide internal teams on building custom datasetsBuild new AI-based featuresBuild new AI-based features related to FinanceResearch & DevelopmentRapidly build and test AI-driven concepts — moving from proof of concept → MVP → production.Evaluate existing solutions (both internal & external) and conduct experiments on potential improvements
What We’re Looking For
Technical SkillsStrong full stack software engineering background: Python, JavaScript/TypeScriptExperience in parameter efficient fine-tuning (e.g. LoRA adapters)Knowledge and familiarity with the tools in AI ecosystem (ML frameworks, HuggingFace, MLOps, Guardrails, AI Agents)Understanding the theory behind neural networks and Transformer architectureExperience2–5 years in AI/ML space, at least 2 years with processing financial documentsTrack record of going from idea → prototype → production in fast-paced environmentsTraitsAbility to take ownership, but also cooperate in small teamsAmbition to reach new levels of qualityBeing detail-oriented
