AI Target Operating Model
•Design and maintain the Group-wide AI Target Operating Model, defining how AI use cases are identified, assessed, prioritized, built, deployed, monitored, and retired.
•Establish structured AI use case intake and prioritization processes to eliminate fragmented and ad-hoc initiatives across the Holding and Strategic Assets.
•Define lifecycle ownership, accountability, SLAs, and incident management frameworks across Holding and Strategic Assets.
Enterprise AI Governance Framework
•Develop and institutionalize a centralized AI Governance Framework including risk-tiered approval pathways, regulatory and compliance controls, data classification and privacy standards, model validation and monitoring requirements, and responsible AI and human-in-the-loop guidelines.
•Ensure alignment with enterprise risk, legal, compliance, and regulatory bodies across all entity types (bank, insurance, payments, e-commerce).
•Create fast-track governance paths for low-risk use cases while maintaining rigorous oversight for high-risk applications.
Governance Playbook & Standardization
•Build and maintain the AI Governance Playbook as the enterprise baseline for all AI initiatives.
•Create reusable templates, checklists, scoring models, and RACI structures for governance processes.
•Implement version control and structured evolution of governance frameworks based on lessons learned from live transformation use cases.
Cross-Entity Alignment
•Align business, technology, compliance, and risk stakeholders across Strategic Assets (PASHA Bank, PASHA Life, PASHA Insurance, Bir Ecosystem).
•Act as governance advisor for complex or high-risk AI deployments across the Group.
•Monitor adoption and maturity of governance standards across Strategic Assets and report on compliance consistency.
Requirements
•8+ years of experience in transformation, governance, risk, or operating model design.
•Experience designing governance frameworks in regulated industries (financial services strongly preferred).
•Strong understanding of AI/ML capabilities, lifecycle risks, and model governance principles.
•Proven experience working across multiple business units or entities with different regulatory requirements.
•Exceptional stakeholder management and facilitation skills.
•Experience with technology/data governance frameworks, responsible AI principles, or AI risk management is a plus.
