Airport Lounge Hostess

The Airport Lounge Hostess at Villa Haven will be the first and last point of contact for our guests at the airport. This role requires a charming, well-presented individual who excels in customer service. The hostess will ensure that all guests are warmly welcomed and comfortably assisted during both arrival and departure, handling all necessary arrangements to make their experience as smooth as possible. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to providing an exceptional guest experience.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality or airline industry is preferred.
• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance and demeanour.
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• High attention to detail and a proactive approach to guest service.
• Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
