Mercier Consultancy is actively seeking a Dutch Speaking Client Support Specialist to join our dynamic team, specifically targeting candidates who are already residing in Greece. In this unique role, you will engage with our Dutch-speaking clients, ensuring their inquiries are addressed effectively while providing top-notch customer service. Your fluency in Dutch will be instrumental in building strong client relationships and enhancing their experience.

As a Dutch Speaking Client Support Specialist, you will be responsible for troubleshooting client issues, delivering product information, and ensuring seamless communication. We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who thrive in a collaborative environment and are passionate about helping others.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients in Dutch through multiple communication channels such as phone, email, and chat
• Resolve client inquiries and concerns regarding our products and services
• Accurately document client interactions in our CRM system
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient resolution of complex client issues
• Educate clients on how to effectively use our products to maximize their benefits
• Collect and communicate client feedback to facilitate service improvements
• Represent Mercier Consultancy in a professional manner during all client interactions

Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken
• Currently residing in Greece with AMKA and AFM
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is advantageous
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Client-oriented attitude with a commitment to providing outstanding service
• Familiarity with customer support tools and CRM software is a plus
