Geodes® complements our reading suite with decodable texts that pair phonics with meaningful content to support early literacy.
PhD Science is a hands-on K-5 Science program that sparks curiosity as students build enduring knowledge of how the scientific world works.

Job Purpose
The Analyst, Data Governance supports the execution of the organization’s data governance framework by monitoring data quality, enforcing standards, and enabling stakeholders across business and technology domains to make informed data decisions. This role works closely with the Manager, Data Governance, data and domain stewards, and business teams to ensure data accuracy is monitored, well documented, and ready for operational and analytical use.
Responsibilities
Support the implementation and ongoing maintenance of data governance standards, policies, and operating procedures.
Assist in defining and maintaining the CRUD access model in collaboration with business stakeholders.
Maintain data dictionaries, RACI models, and approved data definitions.
Operate and monitor data quality and data governance tools and dashboards.
Identify data anomalies, duplicates, invalid values, and policy deviations.
Track data quality trends and recurring issues across domains.
Document issues and escalate findings to appropriate business data owners and stewards for remediation.
Maintain and publish field-level data lineage.
Conduct impact analysis by identifying downstream systems, reports, and processes affected by proposed data changes.
Collaborate with data and domain stewards across multiple departments.
Facilitate recurring domain-level data governance sessions with stakeholders.
Design and deliver training sessions on data governance and best practices.
Communicate governance updates to impacted stakeholders.
Assist in data classification efforts (PII, sensitive, financial) as defined by governance policies.
Support documentation of data retention and archival requirements in coordination with the legal team and business stakeholders.
Requirements
1 year of experience in data governance, data quality, data analysis, or related roles.
Hands-on experience with SQL and Python.
Understanding of data models and integrations.
Experience with dashboards and reporting tools such as Power BI.
Understanding of ERP/CRM data concepts.
Strong understanding of data concepts such as master data, data quality, and data lifecycle.
Understanding of ETL/ELT pipelines.
Cross-functional stakeholder engagement.
Clear written and verbal communication.
Structured problem-solving ability.
Required Education
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Data Management, or a related field.

The expected base salary range for this position is $75,000-$84,000, however the offered salarymay be higher or lower than the above range dependent on numerous factors including, but not limited to location, work experience, skills and internal equity considerations. The base salary is not inclusive of benefits or other incentives.
